PHCOLO is located at The Peak Tower - a structure built to last. Built on a floating foundation, with 8,000 pounds per square inch poured concrete and reinforced steel bars structural walls, The Peak guarantees balance and security during earthquakes and seismic occurrences. The building was also built above sea level to minimize the risk of floods. Moisture barriers on external and internal walls, pump rooms, drainage & water evacuation systems along with tightly sealed conduits provide additional protection.

PHCOLO is a member of the CBD Meralco Power Grid. It owns multiple UPS banks and 3-bank load balanced 1,875KVA Generator Systems.  It practices an internal policy of 60% utilization load and a rigorous systems maintenance program.

PHCOLO invests in fire monitoring, detection and suppression. All colocation sites are fire-walled with fire-rated steel doors and are equipped with Vesda smoke and heat detection systems. Each site is also equipped with automated FM-200 Clean Agent Suppression System. All suppression systems are designed to suppress fire while limiting possible damage to equipment. Manual halotron fire extinguishers are also located in each site.

All PHCOLO colocation sites have N+1 air-cooled cooling systems and are static free, low dust particle environments. Digital thermometers and relative humidity meters are strategically located and monitored by facility engineers.

At PHCOLO - our team places great importance on security. PHCOLO provides 24x7 armed guard and facility engineers, CCTV cameras, proximity card and biometric systems. Secure access is also provided - authorization to access facilities is required.
